Sevices and Fees (effective August 1, 2016):

• Initial telephone consultation -- no charge
• On-site consultations/activity
  • Individuals -- $60/hour (one partner present, one hour minimum per visit, billed to next full half hour after first hour)
  • Individuals -- $100/hour (both partners present, one hour minimum per visit, billed to next full half hour after first hour)
  • All others (including charitable and commercial clients)-- click here
• Off-site work on customer hardware
  • Individuals -- $40/hour for any subsequent hours of off-site service in full hour increments (plus applicable pickup and delivery charges up to a maximum of $25 per incident)
• Follow-up telphone consultations (per customer-initiated call) -- no charge for first 15 minutes (afterward, same as on-site rates)
• Follow-up e-mail consultations -- generally no charge (unless substantial time or research is required)
• Hardware/software purchases -- our best price cost plus 10% (payable on delivery; installation, if desired, at on-site rates)
• Group presentations on selected topics -- negotiable
• Website design/management -- negotiable, depending on scope of project (domain registration and/or hosting can be arranged by OCW)
• AppleScript programming -- negotiable, depending on scope of project (OCW retains rights to original source code unless otherwise agreed upon)
• Personal opinions on the state of the world -- no charge

Charges are expected to be paid at time of service unless otherwise agreed to in advance.
