Other rates:

• Initial telephone consultation -- no charge
• Charitable groups -- $0-$60/hr. (based on our evaluation of need and ability to pay)
• Commercial on-site activity (mutually agreed-upon travel and lodging expenses, when applicable, in addition to rates below):
  • $80/hour/partner (one hour minimum, billed in full hour increments)
  • $400/day/partner (one 7 hour day minimum, up to four 7 hour days in full day increments)
  • $2,000/week/partner (one five-day week minimum, with substantial advance notice necessary)
• Commercial off-site activity, including website management and hardware repair (negotiable, depending on nature and scope of work)

  Commercial customers qualify for unlimited telephone and e-mail support at no additional cost.
  

Retainer fees for longterm periodic assignments are negotiable.

Charges are expected to be paid net 30 days unless otherwise agreed to in advance.
